Whipped cream
Whipped here, plain. Soft, not stiff. It is the first thing you taste, so it has to be fresh.
Caramel
A thin ribbon across the top, so it is in the first sip without taking over the cup.
Matcha
Whisked to order, on ice. Grassy, a little bitter, the way it should be. If it only tastes sweet, it was not good matcha.
Milk
Whole milk, blended cold. It rounds the matcha off and carries it through the whole cup.
